Experience what a scientist discovers when using scientific instruments to analyse cultural heritage materials. They call us art detectives as we use x-rays, microscopy and much more to discover a hidden ancient world. Could there be a hidden secret mysteriously kept under a painting?
On the 2nd of November 2022, pre-booked tours at Heritage Malta’s Diagnostic Science Labs in Kalkara will take place at 09:00 hrs (MT), 10:00 hrs (EN), 11:00 hrs (MT) and 12:00 hrs (EN).
Tickets: Free. Available on presentation of Student VISA stamp at any Heritage Malta museum or site. Ages: 8 years+
Meeting point: Security area at Heritage Malta Head Office, Kalkara (next to Esplora).
